Pedro Martinez Foundation Distributes 844 Pairs of Socks in Greater Santo Domingo

The Pedro Martinez Foundation recently donated 844 pairs of socks to children and youth in five communities: Daddy Houses, Pueblo Chico (Alameda and Abajo), La Angelita, and Villa Ogando.

This simple but meaningful act supports the foundation’s mission to meet basic needs and promote well-being. Delivered with the help of community leaders, the socks provide comfort, protection, and a boost in self-esteem, reinforcing the foundation’s broader work in health, education, and emotional care.
