No. We will have your name at the registration table and all we need to see is your driver’s license.

It’s Gala attire, which means evening dresses for ladies and suits with a tie or a tuxedo for men.

There are two convenient parking options available near the Raffles Hotel:

•⁠ ⁠100 Clarendon Street Garage Located directly next to the hotel. Evening parking is available for $12 if you enter the garage after 5:00 PM.
•⁠ ⁠Dartmouth Street Garage (126 Dartmouth Street) Also located close to the hotel. Evening parking is available for $10 if you enter the garage after 5:00 PM.

Both garages are within short walking distance and offer easy access for guests attending our 9th Annual Gala.

We will be having a coat check at the event and will gladly take your coat for you.

Children 12 years old and up are allowed at the Gala and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Ticket prices are $175 for each child and they get a special children's meal. For children's tickets please contact info@pedromartinezfoundation.com

You do not need to bring cash, but we encourage you to bring a credit card so you can participate in the silent auction and live auction.

We are respecting the celebrities and athletes that attend and want them to enjoy the Gala. Please refrain from asking the celebrities and athletes for autographs at the Gala and please do not bring items to be autographed at the Gala. We will have many autographed items for sale and 100% of the proceeds goes toward the children we help.
