PMF Provides thousands of socks for children in need

The Pedro Martínez Foundation has once again demonstrated its commitment to the community through its recent sock donation initiative, aimed at various sectors of society. This socially impactful action benefited thousands of individuals in vulnerable situations, with a special focus on children, youth, and elderly people within local communities.

The sock distribution event took place in various locations and in collaboration with educational, sports, and social support institutions. The beneficiaries included:

  • 258 female volleyball players, who received support for their well-being and sports performance.

  • 750 players from Play Juan Guzmán and 250 players from Play Villa Verde, both with a strong youth presence.

  • 225 students from the Lechería School in Villa Altagracia, supporting their educational development.

  • 200 residents of the Elderly Home, receiving a gesture of support and solidarity.

  • 300 people from the Fundación Restaurando Vida Shelter, who also benefited from this donation.

  • 77 students from the Serafín Lagares School, with the aim of supporting their academic and personal development.

  • 250 students from the Mario Moreno Reyes School, who received tangible help for their well-being.

  • 200 individual donations, which reached people from different neighborhoods and communities.

In total, the Pedro Martínez Foundation distributed more than 2,500 socks in a collective effort to improve the living conditions of those most in need. This type of action reinforces the foundation's social commitment, aiming to generate a positive change in the community and contribute to the overall development of individuals in vulnerable situations.

The sock donation is just one of the many initiatives of the foundation that aims to support education, sports, and the well-being of people, demonstrating that the Pedro Martínez Foundation remains a key pillar in the community, actively contributing with its social mission.
